We publish the rate card for our defined services because commissioners making live decisions should not have to wait for a quote just to understand the commercial range. Bespoke commissioned packages are costed individually, because a 2:1 arrangement built around one young person is not an hourly rate with a margin on top.

Complex packages are individually costed.

Complex 1:1, 2:1 and other commissioned support packages are individually costed. We do not publish a generic hourly figure for them, because it would not tell you anything reliable about what your package would actually cost. Costing takes account of:

Support hoursTotal commissioned hours and how they are distributed across the week.

Staffing ratio1:1, 2:1 or another ratio, and whether it varies across the package.

Practitioner requirementsThe experience, qualifications and specific skills the work needs.

RiskThe level of risk and the arrangements required to manage it safely.

LocationWhere the support is delivered and practitioner availability in that area.

Management requirementHow much day-to-day management of the package sits with Gwennol.

Reporting requirementThe format and frequency of the evidence you need.

DurationWhether the package is short-term intensive, bridging, or longer-term.

TravelTravel time and mileage where the location requires it.

Waking nights and overnightsAny overnight or waking-night cover the package requires.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Final scope, cancellation terms, travel and reporting requirements are confirmed in the proposal before acceptance.

Phase 1 boundary: these services do not include personal care, prompting or reminding a service user to eat, wash, dress or take medication, medication administration, or accommodation combined with parenting assessment. Referrals are screened before acceptance.
